Krilo jesenice is a small town on the coast on the Riviera of 13 km away from Split. There are a lot of small beaches and secluded coves. It is known for its old ships ( salbunjera ) why it is often called the city of Onassis. The tradition of these ships , large wooden ships " Trabakula " and newer tourist sailing spans more than 300 years in this field. About the age of the village at the base of the mountains speak an archaeological findings in caves Turkey and Ponistrici furnace , which testify to the existence of life on it area since the Stone age.

 

 

OMIS AREA

Omis area is known for its wide sandy and pebble beaches. Small fishing villages that stretch from the Dugi Rat until Omis consists of several sandy beaches and several small sandy and pebble bays and outside built-up areas there few hidden beaches. Shallows on the sandy beaches makes it crystal clear sea , warm for the smallest children , and are ideal for carefree family vacation at the beach.
